Urgent- what to wear to dexterity test?

i'm going to sit for a dental test soon. the test will consist of spatial visualisation ques and manual dexterity test. should i wear formal (which i reckon would be a bit troublesome) or should i stick with casual outfits? i'm a female. i desperately need suggestions on what to shirt to wear, pants and shoes. thanks in advance
