Is it legal for ones private email to be sent to another email adress without the original senders consent?

I sent an email to a site called edline.net. I was giving them an email reguarding undisclosed reasons and statements. A day later, I was informed by a higher up that he has read the letter, even though it was originally sent or the site edline.net as a contact. I also found out the higher up who found up told another higher up without my permission. Lastly I fin out the boss found out what is in the message without me knowing, and he is pending on what to do to me. Reason being is because since I hate automated responses, and edline is a mive site, I applied words saying quote "If this mail becomes answered by an AUTOMATED sender I will literally ind you and kill you." So now the site informed my higher ups without my consent, and now I will ask you this: is this violating my 4th ammendmnt stating you shall not do search and seizure without a warrent? I'm my case it is me asking if it is legal for a site I ORIGNALLY sent the message to the site only and for it solely? I feel violated that this occured to me and I don't think it is legal for me to be incriminated for all these acts. I stated my quote as a check for whether or not the email that will reply to me be automated. Now I am at the verge of getting punished over te fact I said something ONLY to the email I desired. Please help me. I am in a very bad situation because of what happened
