Am addicted to chatroom pls help me?

hi am b.e graduate . due to recession am stil in my home searchng for a job . so i use to go for chatrooms to reduce my stress but am a but talketive and sensitive girl . i am moderator of the chatroom even the admin everyone r found of me . all users like me in that many proposed me too . among them 2 r very deep and one of them is my bestfrnd (in dat chatroom) he is in my skype . too and i decided 2 come permanently out of chatroom so i deleted all my frnds from my skype , but unable 2 delete him. but am not in love with him ... pls help me and i should not go to chatroom again .,, pls guide me
