Will ozone layer depletion be the savior of to you us black folks?

because if the ozone layer depletes then ultraviolet radiation will come down to earth and a m genocide is imminent for the ones who lack melanin. Due to the malignant radiation, the pink folks will begin to drop like flies at the hands of the sun's powerful beams. What do you guys think of this?
