Ladies (and GUYS too...) Honest answer please.?

I have been dating this guy for almost a year and previous to me he was in a relationship with a girl named angela for two years until about 2005. He Still had her number in his phone until about a week ago. (he deleted it when i noticed it was there as he was scrolling through his contacts) This is bothering me since she lives in another state (several states away in fact) and he says he hasn't talked to her since they broke up. Am i upset over nothing?
