WHEN DID PEOPLE BECOME so CYNICAL?

Can't I make an innocent joke and not be crucified for it? What is all this craziness about being "lame", "fake", "racist", "stereotypical", etc I mean really people it's a friggin site, hop on have a little fun & distract yourself from some of your problems and then get off and go back to living life, there's no need for all the extras. Geesh.
