How good is my fantasy team? Who should I drop for a backup Kicker?

Backup Kicker? Why do you need one? Just drop your kicker when his bye week comes up and get another one. Your team looks pretty weak. Need a QB, another RB (starter). I would be pissed if this was my team and try to trade a WR for a QB.
