Our accountant can do the basic paperwork for us she said but then we would have to hire a lawyer for the more advanced stuff. So maybe just going to a lawyer would be a better idea? How much should I expect to pay to have it setup? Also, would it be a good idea to have it in my name and his name or just his name. It's going to be a supplemental insurance company. He works for a major company and will be opening his own office for them soon. Would greatly appreciate any tips or helpful information!
