How do I put a Corvette motor and transmission in a 1967 Chevrolet C/10?

All of the mounts should work . Drive shaft will not as trans is probably an overdrive ( you did not give much info ) and therefore is longer in length . You may have to do some tweaking on the cross member . Be sure and get a complete pull out as you will need the pulleys and such . While you are at it , change over to one wire alternator . gets rid of some tricky wiring . I know there are more than one company offering wiring , but I am going to suggest Hot Rod Wires in Garland , Tx . Man who owns this is a retired GM tech adviser and knows GM wiring left and right . Most of the rest of problems should be small and you should be able to easily overcome with good parts store help . Try to find one with an older counterman , as he will know older vehicles .
