Help with my illness please?

Hi, lately i have had explosive diarrhea, projectile vomiting, huge bloated stomach and sever stomach pain. Every time I eat something, my stomach gets a little bigger a little bit louder and i projectile vomit for about 2 minutes immediately afterwards. Every time I drink something, my stomach gets a little bit bigger, al little big louder and i have explosive diarrhea for about 5 minutes afterwards... it is a non-stop flow. Also, when my stomach rumbles, which is about 92 percent of the time you can see it moving and hear it like you are right next to it with a stethoscope. My stomach is already 8 times bigger that it's usual size. Also, if i lay down i have both diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. If i don't eat anything it still gets bigger like every ten minutes...HELP!!!
