Does apple replace a charger if it doesnt work?

okay i already got it replaced ones because it didnt work like the little light wouldn't turn on and now like 2 months later after getting it replaced its getting very hot where the light is and if i move it it stops charging , i was just wondering if anyone knows if apple will change my charger again , my one year free warranty hasnt expired yet.
