Does ALDI actually employ disabled people ?

If your disability presents you from doing a physically demanding job, than you are not qualified for the jobs they have on offer. It is not discriminatory to have physically demanding jobs. If you can do it from a chair or with your disability - fine. ALDI is a slightly different type of store than ASDA and Morrison's and it would seem their jobs might be more physically demanding given the way they display their merchandise.
